Punjab and Haryana HC Irks over Sham Probes Conducted by Chandigarh Police in Rs 40-Lakh Bribery Case - 16.10.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC while dismissing bail petition filed by businessmen Sanjay Dahuja and Aman Grover, accused in Rs 40 Lacs bribery case, also involving Chandigarh DSP RC Meena and Sub-Inspector Surinder Kumar of Economic Offences Wing, has raised questions on probe being conducted by police.
