Stay of Proceedings in Trial, Civil or Criminal, to Automatically Lapse in Six Months: Supreme Court - 29.03.2018

Supreme Court has held that stay of proceedings in a pending trial, whether civil or criminal, will automatically lapse after six months unless extended by speaking order.
