Madras High Court Extends Stay on Kaleesuwari Refinery Pvt Ltd for Using Trademark by One Year - 28.03.2018

Madras HC has extended by one year the interim stay restraining Kaleesuwari Refinery Pvt. Ltd. from using the words ‘Gold Winner’ or any other word that is identical or deceptively similar to the trademark in relation to manufacturing, packing, distribution, sale, advertising of any of the product.
