Ice Cream Can’t be Treated as ‘Cooked food’, Taxable at a Higher Rate: Kerala High Court - 27.03.2018

Kerala High Court has held that Ice-Cream cannot be treated as cooked food and therefore, a higher rate of tax is applicable to it.
