NGT Fines Security Agencies Rs 10 Lakh for Building Offices on Ridge Fforest - 26.03.2018

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh each on the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPRD) for building offices on the ridge forest without obtaining Environmental Clearance (EC).
