Madras HC Rejects Cycle Company’s Plea for Relaxing Tender Rules - 26.03.2018

Madras High Court has rejected a writ plea from Hero Ecotech Ltd for a directive to the State government to consider its bid to supply over six lakh bicycles under the government’s free cycle scheme for schoolchildren.
