Any Harassment of Innocent Citizen is Against the Guarantee of Constitution: Supreme Court - 21.03.2018

Supreme Court has observed that any harassment of an innocent citizen, irrespective of caste or religion, is against the guarantee of the Constitution and the Supreme Court must enforce such a guarantee.
