Madras High Court Denies Suspension of Life Sentence - 07.08.2015

Madras High Court Bench at Madurai has denied suspension of life sentence imposed on a 25-year-old accused, charged of trespassing and murder of deceased victim who refused to marry him and severing her head in the presence of her father, mother and younger sister.
