Administering Oath to Accused While Recording Confessional Statement Unconstitutional: Sikkim HC - 14.03.2018

Sikkim High Court has held that administering oath to an accused while recording his confessional statement under Section 164 CrPC violates Article 20 (3) of the Constitution of India.
