SC Serves Notice to Teesta Setalvad in Foreign Donations Case, Extends Bail in Another - 15.10.2015

SC has served notice to Teesta Setalvad on petition by CBI alleging that her NGO received foreign grants which were prohibited under then Foreign Contribution Regulation Act. The court also extended bail till December 8 in another case of embezzlement of funds for Ahmedabad's Gulbarg Society museum.
