Supreme Court Grants Relief to Powai Residents - 15.10.2015

Supreme Court has dismissed special leave petition filed by Lakeview Developers and developer Niranjan Hiranandani against an order of Bombay High Court, which refuses to allow developer and his companies to construct smaller homes on a plot where plush residential high-rises already exist.
