Trademark Holders Cannot Be Penalized For Non-Compliance of Rules By Registrar: Delhi HC - 12.03.2018

Delhi High Court has held that registered proprietor of a trademark cannot be penalized for non-compliance of rules by the Registrar of Trademarks.
