Uniform Tax Rate Under KVATA Applicable to Works Contracts Prior to 1st April 2006: SC - 08.03.2018

Supreme Court has categorically held that the works contracts prior to 1st April 2006 cannot be taxed at rates prescribed after the amendment in the Karnataka Value Added Tax (KVAT) Act, 2006.
