Gujarat High Court Slams State Election Commission - 15.10.2015

Gujarat HC has slammed State Election Commission and said that election commission was for furtherance democracy and not for diluting the process of law. The court directed Commission to produce original files of its decision to withheld panchayat elections for perusal of court.
