SC Denies Bail in Suriyanelli Rape Case but Raises ‘Disbelief’ in Prosecution Version - 14.10.2015

Supreme Court has dismissed bail to 27 persons, including main accused Dharmarajan, in Suriyanelli rape case, but noted there are “several points of disbelief” in prosecution version that minor victim was confined for long periods and gang-raped in an ordeal lasting 40 days.
