Calcutta HC Directs Kolkata Port Trust to Inspect Hyde Road Land - 14.10.2015

Calcutta HC has directed S K Dhar, Estate Manager-in-Charge of Kolkata Port Trust (KoPT) to visit premises at P-51 on Hyde Road Extension and ascertain size of plot, built-up area and identity of those who are in possession of it. The tussle over the plot was regarding lease and sub-lease agreement.
