Madras High Court Rejects PIL Seeking to Stay Subsidised Moped Scheme - 23.02.2018

Madras High Court has dismissed a PIL plea seeking to stay the Amma Two Wheeler Scheme of the Tamil Nadu government which would allow women to purchase mopeds by availing 50 per cent government subsidy.
