Delhi HC Junks SIT Plea to Cancel Sajjan Kumar’s Bail in 1984 Riots Cases - 23.02.2018

Delhi High Court has disallowed a petition filed by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, which sought to cancel anticipatory bail granted to Congress leader Sajjan Kumar in two cases by a sessions court.
