Punjab and Haryana HC Issues Notice to Chandigarh Police over Petition Alleging ‘Custodial Torture’ - 14.10.2015

Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued a notice of motion to Chandigarh Police on a petition by a Dera Bassi resident alleging that he was brutally tortured by police officials during his custody.
