Punjab and Haryana High Court Issues Notice to State - 14.10.2015

Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notice to State, while acting on a petition alleging that the procedure adopted by Haryana Government for recommending names for posts of HCS (Executive Branch) was completely illegal, arbitrary and in “complete violation of statutory rules”.
