Mahatma Gandhi's Memorial Akin to Place of Worship: Delhi High Court - 16.02.2018

Delhi High Court has said that a place of worship cannot be kept in an "unhygienic" and "deplorable" manner, and has observed that Mahatma Gandhi's memorial at Rajghat in the national capital was akin to such a place.
