Deduction U/S 80-IB is Permissible Even If Construction is Not Acc. to Approved Plan: Bombay HC - 15.02.2018

Bombay High Court has held that the deduction under section 80-IB is available to the assessee-Builder, even if the construction is not according to the plan approved by the authorities.
