Bombay HC Directs Govt. to Act Against Noise Offenders and Illegal Pandals - 13.10.2015

Bombay High Court has ordered Maharashtra Government and civic authorities to take actions on illegal pandals, noise offenders and asked authorities to maintain "strict vigil" during the Navratri and Diwali festivals in October and November.
