GST: Superintendents of Central Tax Can Issue SCN Under CGST & IGST Acts - 12.02.2018

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has said that the Superintendents of Central Tax shall also be empowered to issue show cause notices and orders under section 74 of the CGST Act.
