No Action Against ‘Start Up’s If Its Valuation Report of Unquoted Shares is Rejected: CBDT - 08.02.2018

Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has clarified that no action will be taken against Start Ups if its valuation report of unquoted shares is rejected by the Assessing Officer.
