Bombay High Court: Stepson Can’t Inherit Property Under Hindu Succession Act - 08.02.2018

Bombay High Court, while dismissing a plea by a stepson claiming a stake in his father’s property, has said that the definition of ‘son’ in the Hindu Succession Act doesn’t cover a stepson.
