Jammu and Kashmir High Court Upholds Jail Sentence for Couple Convicted of Rape - 02.02.2018

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has upheld the sentence of 10 years imprisonment for the couple accused of “the abduction and rape of a minor girl in Srinagar 15 years ago”.
