CBI Should Not File SLP Before SC in Bofors Case: Attorney General K K Venugopal - 29.01.2018

In a recent letter to the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), K K Venugopal Venguopal has said the investigating agency(CBI) should present its stand in another similar case pending before the apex court in which it is also a party.
