Gujarat High Court: Modern Marriages Fixed on Facebook Bound to Fail - 29.01.2018

Gujarat High Court has observed that modern marriages fixed on Facebook are bound to fail, while hearing a petition filed under Section 482 of CrPC for quashing FIR filed under Sections 498A, 323, 504 r/w Section 114 of the IPC and u/s 3, 5 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
