Delhi Court Slaps 5-year Jail Term to a Man for Pushing Senior Citizen Into Drain - 27.01.2018

Additional Sessions Judge Satinder Kumar Gautam handed down the jail term to 37-year-old Raman for the offence under section 304 (II) (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the IPC and also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on him.
