ICJ Fixes Time-limits for India, Pak to File Written Pleadings in Kulbhushan Case - 23.01.2018

Forty-seven-year-old Kulbhushan Jadhav was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage and terrorism in April, following which India moved The Hague-based ICJ in May 2017.
