Delhi HC Refuses Interim Protection for 20 AAP MLA’s Disqualified by EC - 22.01.2018

Delhi High Court, while observing that it was not inclined to grant any relief due to the "conduct" of the 20 AAP MLAs before the EC, has refused interim protection to the lawmakers facing disqualification.
