CCI Rejects Complaint against Arasu Cable TV - 12.10.2015

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has dismissed complaint filed by Makkal Tholai Thodarpu Kuzhumam Ltd against Arasu Cable TV and rejected allegation that Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation indulged in unfair business practice with regard to collection of carriage fee from satellite channels.
