Access To Electricity Supply Should Be Considered Human Right: Chhattisgarh HC - 16.01.2018

Chhattisgarh High Court has said that access to electricity should be construed as a human right and that denial of the same, even upon satisfying the requirements under the Electricity laws would amount to violation of human rights.
