Ensure 25% Seats Are Reserved For Poor Children Under RTE Act: Gujarat HC - 12.01.2018

Gujarat High Court has directed the State to ensure that schools which are affiliated with the State board implement the 25% reservation for underprivileged children under the Right to Education (RTE) Act.
