Calcutta High Court Questions IAS Officer Alapan Bandyopadhyay’s Appointment as SEC - 12.10.2015

Calcutta HC has questioned State Govt’s decision to appoint senior IAS officer Alapan Bandyopadhyay, as the acting State Election Commissioner (SEC) and asked State Govt. how will he work objectively being a serving State Government officer.
