CBI Court Ranchi Awards 3.5 Years Imprisonment In Fodder Scam Case to Lalu Prasad Yadav - 08.01.2018

CBI Court has sentenced RJD supremo Lalu Prasad to three-and- half-year imprisonment each under various sections of Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Corruption Act in a fodder case (RC64A/96) related to fraudulent withdrawal of around Rs. 89 lakh from Deoghar treasury in the 1990s.
