Juvenile's Identity Not To Be Disclosed At Any Time: Delhi High Court - 02.01.2018

Delhi High Court has held that identity of a person, against whom a criminal case was lodged when he was a minor, should not be disclosed at any stage of life as it defeats the purpose of juvenile justice law.
