NGT Raps HP Govt. for Not Complying its Earlier Order on Green Belt Construction - 09.10.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has rapped HP Government for failing to get a study of carrying capacity of Shimla hills done so as to assess if any more construction can be allowed. NGT has granted one week’s time to the state government to comply with the one-year-old orders.
