SC Decides to Peruse NGT Order to Levy Environmental Tax on Commercial Vehicles Entering Delhi - 09.10.2015

Supreme Court has decided to peruse National Green Tribunal (NGT) order directing payment of environmental taxes by commercial vehicles entering Delhi, before proceeding with hearing of a plea seeking levy of similar charges on polluting vehicles.
