SC Issues Notice to Govt. over Toddlers' Cracker Ban Plea - 09.10.2015

Supreme Court on petition filed by toddlers seeking directions to curb Delhi's fatal air pollution including ban on fire crackers during Diwali, has issued notices to the Delhi Government, Delhi Pollution Control Board and the Centre seeking their response by October 16.
