NGT: Vintage Cars Can Ply on Road for Rallies, Exhibitions - 20.12.2017

National Green Tribunal (NGT), while exempting vintage cars from the ambit of the ban on 15-year-old vehicles, has allowed classic cars to ply on roads in the Capital on specific events such as rallies and exhibitions.
