Delhi High Court: ‘BOOKMY’ In ‘BOOKMYSHOW’ Has No Trademark Protection - 19.12.2017

Delhi High Court has refused to grant interim injunction restraining the use of prefix “BOOKMY” by “BOOKMYSPORT” and dismissed the suit filed on the ground that the prefix “BOOKMY” was distinctively associated with “BOOKMYSHOW”.
