Damages in Road Accident Deaths Cut, SC Says New Sums More Reasonable - 18.12.2017

Cumulatively, a five-judge Constitution Bench has reduced the compensation by Rs 1.55 lakh that could be paid to the family of a person killed in a road mishap.
