UK Court Hearing Vijay Mallya Case Refuses to Extradite 3 Indians, Cites Time and Tihar - 18.12.2017

The Westminster Magistrates' Court, which is hearing Vijay Mallya case, refused to extradite alleged bookie Sanjeev Kumar Chawla over conditions in Delhi’s Tihar Jail. It also didn’t extradite a British Indian couple, saying a quarter of a century had passed since their alleged fraud.
