Madras HC Transfers Murder Case of Former DMK Minister's Brother to CBI - 18.12.2017

The Madras High Court on Tuesday also directed the CBI to file an enquiry report within three months. The order on a plea seeking CBI probe into the matter was reserved by the court in April this year.
