SC Directs Centre to Set Up Disability Sensitisation Committee in Workplaces - 15.12.2017

The apex court ruled that the committee to address grievances of PwDs will be similar to committees such as the one on 'Sexual Harassment at Work Place' and would have to established at all public and private organisations.
