NGT to Haryana Govt.: What’s a Lake? - 08.10.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has rapped Haryana Government after they claimed that Najafgarh lake was “not a lake but a low-lying area where rainwater and overflow from the Sahibi river collected” and asked “What else is a lake”.
