SC Denies to Modify Order of Aadhaar Card Use - 08.10.2015

Supreme Court has denied to modify an order, which restricted its use to public distribution system and LPG subsidy, creating a setback to government’s ambitious plan to link Aadhaar cards with the Digital India initiative and services such as banking and telecom.
