Cannot Direct J&K Legislature To Constitute State Minority Commission: Supreme Court - 12.12.2017

Supreme Court has categorically said that it cannot direct the state legislature of Jammu and Kashmir to legislate for formation of minority commission for the state and asked the Centre to “deliberate” on it.
